"The 5 Star is for JADEN. He was the guy at the entrance booth on 2.27.23, at around 3:30/4:00PM. He must be with Security, not reception. Anyway, I accompanied my wife, as a walk in. Wait was long for her pager to sound, and I got hungry. Since Jaden already impressed us by his politeness when he asked us to take a mask, I approached him to inquire if there was a canteen in the area. He said there was but in another building. He said he can call a transport cart. It was raining. I declined. So he offered to share his Trail Mix nuts. He poured a good amount in a mask. Impressive ingenuity and hospitality. I think you need to replenish his lunch box. I hate to write a negative review but my wife had a minus 10 experience with the Imaging department. It took almost an hour, it was already 4:45 or so when the Imaging was done. She was brought inside and she waited so long she had to come out to tell reception that no one was attending to her. Reception explained she was a walk in. Still. one hour waiting time is inexcusable as poor management. Please address this issue. But do commend JADEN. Thank you for your attention."

"Very long wait time. They told me to come 20 mins early to register but it still took them an hour to get me fully registered. Too many steps and too much waiting before my appointment. Finally an hour later, I was seen for my Xray. Their parking structure also charges you based on time."

"Very caring facility!!!! I was there for a mammogram and they were so gentle and polite. After being told I needed a biopsy on the spot by the doctor, instead of waiting for days to get the results from my PCP. I really appreciated that. I just had my biopsy and I was super scared and worried but the nurse, tech and the doctor were super nice and caring and made sure I was comfortable. They are a very caring facility from the front desk, admitting, patient services, techs and radiologist! Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart!!!"

"I was asked to get here 20 minutes before my appointment so wanting to be respectful, of course I was. However, there was ZERO reason for me to be there early. I ended up waiting for over half an hour. There was no paperwork or anything so no reason for me to have left early from work. I also had to check in twice to see if it was almost my turn and one of the women at the front desk basically blew me off. The only reason I’m even giving two stars is for Shelby and Melissa. Melissa at the front desk is the one who finally helped me actually get seen, and Shelby who did my thyroid ultrasound was great. Overall, I spent over an hour wasting time for what ended up being a 10 minute appointment."
