"as a BUYER, really enjoyed their selections *5stars, however they are not friendly with sellers*2stars. I brought in a Hermes, Bottega Veneta and a Gucci, no updates on the consignment status, no price indicator. later I found out they sold the Hermes scarf undervalue, so I'd say it is a great place for awesome bargain, GO SHOP, not sell."

"I visited this location because of the email I received about huge sale. This is the only reason why I visited because these prices at all of their locations are outrages.when I asked the lady at the counter how much a pair of leggings would be with the discount (because they were not marked) she told me I would have to wait till check out and that she couldn’t and wouldn’t tell me then. Mind you I was the only one in the store. You would think they would want to make a sale and be helpful. But she was a manager and was rude. I just started talking to myself and couldn’t believe how I was taken to the third degree to simply find out a price. I left there without anything. I then called back and spoke to that manager and told her all that drama was unnecessary. I will never set foot back in that location. I miss the MSC from 2011 to 2018….these are trash now."

"I used to love My Sister’s Closet but it’s not like it used to be. They hardly sell any cute or cool items anymore. I went with my little sister who said it should be called “My Grandma’s Closet”. But that’s not even fair because my Grandma’s closet is amazing compared to the inventory at My Sister’s Closet. It also seems that all the employees hate their job and are not treated well. Especially the ones that work the consignment area. They are cold and fake. I really think this store needs a revamp. I won’t be going back until that happens."

"Staff were courteous, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was neat not over crowded with merchandise. Displays were done tastefully. The first time at this location, but will be sure to return. Shoes were seen online and were available as indicated. $200. for the 3 items. I love thrifting!!!"
