"This morning I noticed my bearded dragon was twitching on all four limbs, he was fine the night before. Called about 13 other places who couldn’t see me. Baldy view said they would take my info down and if anyone cancels, they would contact me. Thank goodness someone canceled. I was able to get my bearded dragon in and after examining,the Dr. believed it’s due to vitamin deficiency and put Bruce on medication. Although it is curbside and I didn’t get to speak with the doctor directly, McKenzie was super helpful and relayed the information well. I’m super grateful they were able to see us! Thank you everyone who helped me and Bruce today!"

"We been coming here for over 30 years. Used to be good. Now it appears they could care less. Waited an hour past my appointment with my cat who hasn’t drank water or eaten in a week. Then they took a current appointment for a guinea pig with a broken toe!!?? Their appointment was an hour AFTER mine. Meanwhile the man in the car next to mine received conflicting info on follow up meds. He asked for clarification and was still waiting half an hour later. People -get your act together. There are other vets in the world. I will find one as soon as possible."
