"Dr. Cobb should have his license revoked and not be able to do any surgeries. He performed a GERD operation on my husband and it was totally botched. He took the wrong piece of his stomach and he made it so tight that food couldn't pass through it. He can no longer eat a normal meal, burp or vomit. The incision was too tight and too long. The surgeons at USF tried to repair the damage that he had done, but it was so badly botched there was little they could do. He has been to the emergency room on several occasions due to blockage of food."
