"Their prices for services & medications have tripled since they were bought by a large greedy corporation that just wants money, money, money! They’re understaffed all the time & can’t keep employees due to constant shift cuts! So horrible. Dr. Rabiner (who built this clinic in 2004) would be horrified!!!"

As the doctors' and support staff have evolved, so has the veterinary industry changed, and Park is always aware of new care protocols that help our furry partners stay healthy and happy. "On 4/24/23 I called and told them my 12 year old dog was really sick. Was told first appointment was 5/19/23 or I could TRY for an urgent care slot but none that day. Found a lovely vet hospital in Canyon County that was open Monday thru Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm with walk ins. Called and they took her immediately. Sadly she had to be put down 4/26/23. Dx with not only pancreatitis and a UTI but also found many organ masses. She was so sick she would not have survived a surgery nor would I put her through that. My Lucy was a wonderful loving and faithful friend who found her forever home here with me at 8 months of age. Shame on you Park for not caring enough about my baby! 12/18/23 - just received a phone call from Park veterinary Hospital. They wanted to remind me that Lucy was due for her Annual physical. Apparently they don’t read bad reviews Only good ones. When I told her that Lucy died April she hung up on me."

"Got me in the same day. Let me know what was happening with my fur baby. Prescribed medication to help her. Gave me a 20% senior citizen discount. We have a follow-up next week. Dr. Park was great."

"We’ve been coming here for all our pets for a little under a year now, both vets are so compassionate and take their time to listen to what is going on. They’re gentle with our critters and the vet techs/ front desk have always been really pleasant, too. I really appreciate their flexibility with squeezing us in when we’ve had a couple of sudden urgent situations and scares; it’s nice to know we can count on them to save the day."
