"We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast had a bunch of options, and the kitchen staff was very attentive and friendly. Check in and checking out was pretty easy and fast. Double Queen room was very spacious, and clean. Pool area was very clean as well. Wall were a little thin, we could hear our neighbors watching a football game(didn't bother us too bad, because it was during the day). They had a nice snack area right by the elevator. It was in a nice location right off the highway, and had a Carl's JR in the next parking lot(walking distance). Overall a very nice stay, would recommend, and would stay again."

"So the low rating is strictly facility related. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was decent and included with the room. The hotel itself is rather dated. The interior court where the pool is is pretty nice, but the exterior gives you a run down motel feeling. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for the price I paid for this one. Overall, probably not the worst Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in but it would be no where near the top. Probably nothing a good remodel wouldn’t help."

"This is the best hotel in Simi. The staff was wonderful, and the wonderful women that work breakfast or nothing short of amazing. The rooms are freshly remodeled very clean inadequate in size. But back to the breakfast. I've argued with others but it's the best Hotel breakfast in Simi Valley, although Best Western has a great breakfast and made to order burritos there's staff is often rude and standoffish giving breakfast there and unwelcome feeling. And you couldn't have more of a different experience here at the Holiday Inn even if you only stay for one night the guys will remember you the next day and greet you with smiles and offers of assistance. That's someone who stays in hotels about 20 days a month I have come to rate my hotels and judge them mostly by their breakfast and property staff. I forgot to mention one of the most important things next to the ladies who are serving breakfast the fresh made cinnamon rolls are the star of the shell they're made fresh all shift long!"

"The staff were very nice. The breakfast they serve is was pretty darn good. The hotel definitely needs a little upgrading, seems like maybe they're in the middle of doing some upgrades. we stayed in the suite, with the 2 bathrooms and one 1 bedroom which was very nice, only complaint is the towels are very dingy they definitely needed replaced. Also need better security locks on the inside of the room door. Needs more security all around, the property absolute no cameras on the property which is definitely a problem for me. Jacuzzi was taped off which was somewhat of a bummer. Overall we'll be back."
