"This walmart has really gone down hill. The cashiers are so Super slow, takes 30 minutes to get the cabinets open just to get deodorant and customer center always has a long line... and to top it off there is always 1 cashier open for the whole Walmart store."

"Worst customer service ever. Ever since my baby was born I shop at Walmart for baby formula and every time I’m there it takes 30 or more minutes just to get someone to go and assist with opening the glass doors to the cans. I tend to ask multiple times with nobody showing up. Worst thing I have spoken to the manager on shift for assistance and in one occasion personally told me she was going to help and instead went on her lunch and didn’t even bother to get someone else to help. Makes me think if that’s the manager then what is expected from the entire store team. Truly sucks!!!"

"1 full service checker available to assist mostly older customers who are unable to scan their own items. Over 1/2 hour wait in line is ridiculous. This appears to be a discriminatory practice against seniors that shop in their stores. The shelves were a mess in the checkout line area. And checker double scanned a $17 item and had to wait in line to get that fixed. What a dump!"

"I got kinda aggravated because I did self check out and while waiting for my receipt to print out the self check monitor lady swooped in and rated a 5 star. I told her "Oh now you're rating for me" and she said Oh I'm sorry I just wanted to clear it. She didn't even let me have the chance to rate. I told her I wanted to rate 1 star, she's like Oh I'm sorry. So whatch out because it gave me the feeling they want to make sure the get 5 stars for us doing their job."

"Went to return an item and they said their return center was closed that they close at eight. Online there's no hours indicating that part of the store closes at a certain time neither does the store. My return email indicates easy hassle free returns but I guess its all B.S cause they made me waste time and fuel for nothing even though the store closes at eleven I went around 9.pm. afterwork and the staff is rude."
