The staff here did not make me wait in a waiting room rather had a blanket laid out already and escorted me right in without any explanation or identification. The nurses and doctors were so respectful to my family and others in the office. I wish that I was treated like this when going to a human doctor. They showed genuine love for animals and what they do. Handled efficiently and affordable.
