"Love our room. Good bed and pillows!!! The only small thing that needs to be fixed is the pressure on bathtub is too low so it takes forever to fill it. But the shower pressure is great. Thanks so a great 75th birthday with a fantastic view!"

"My family spent the first week of 2024 here, and we were SO pleased with our experience. Kim, at the front desk, was who we mostly interacted with. She greeted us the night we arrived with a big smile and all the helpful information. We were able to borrow a handful of dvds to watch, and she provided us with some popcorn and hot cocoa. The condo was very spacious and cozy. We had a partial view of the ocean and loved sitting out on the patio, listening to the waves and people watching while enjoying our morning coffee. Kim was helpful again when we borrowed some beach chairs and needed to exchange our DVD player that had stopped working. Honestly, she helped make our stay so enjoyable. The condo's location is perfect! Just across the street from the pier and the beach trail, with plenty of room on the beach for the kids to play. There were so many good places to eat within walking distance and just up the hill there was a street full of shops and eateries. I highly recommend South Swell ice cream and Chaupain Bakery. "As an owner, I have been satisfied with the management of the resort. I have seen the improvements each year. We have wonderful staff! I do recognize and understand the cost cutting. Just be careful that the service provided doesn’t get affected in a negative way to our patrons."

"No air conditioning!! I had no idea that I even needed to confirm that hotels in the US had A/C anymore. They don't offer daily housekeeping. The parking is good and free and the location is great. Ocean views are partially obstructed but still nice. There is a lot of noise from the train starting at around 8 in the morning. The lady at the front desk was very nice."
