"Unfortunately, we are no longer taking our fur babies here. Not because of Dr. Raja, who we consider to be a great, caring veterinarian. But the staff, vet techs, and front desk receptionists here are both incompetent and unprofessional, to say the least. They showed zero care for our fur babies when they were recovering from a surgical procedure. No follow-ups or updates were given during this time even when we asked every day. And we understand that people have bad days, but to give a constant attitude in response to every question is nothing short of terrible customer service. It’s a shame because we really like Dr. Raja, but we would not trust the vet techs with our pets or the staff who manages their paperwork."

"I have been coming to this vet hospital for several years, but the quality seems to have changed lately. I brought my dog in with an upper respiratory infection recently and I was overcharged on the medication- 7 times more the cost than at an online provider. I was also surprised my dog wasn't quarantined- they had me waiting with him right next to healthy dogs in the waiting area which made me pretty anxious because one of the dogs was a young puppy. Later, as the vet passed me on his way out for lunch, I asked if I could please ask one more question- was my dog was contagious. The vet sort of sighed as though I was annoying him and said, "Oh, yes, he is. He may be contagious for a month." That incident pretty much did it for me- I agree with the other reviews that they seem to be more about the money than anything else."

"Came in for my dogs rabies vaccination and an exam. They took me and my dog to a room were they came and took my dog to another room without me. Someone came back to me and said here is what they are going to do and how much. It was $127.00 for everything if I agree to sign so they can do the exam and shot ,a minute later she came back with my dog and said we are all done just go pay. I thought to myself I can’t believe they did all that in a minute. I will never go back to this place. Cannot trust a vet that does allow you to be with your pet when they do exams and vaccines."

"This place has been on my bad list for quite some time. It started with the exorbitant prices for their dog medications. Their response was. We price match. This requires me to do the work to prove that their prices are high to get a reduced price. Today was the last straw when we were charged above their stated price for a return visit for an ear infection. Their response was, Sorry we can't do anything about it as it was a corporate decision. That is the answer everyone wants to hear. To top it off, our favorite vet left the company to join a different office. I will not go back to this money grabbing vet. Done"

"Was recommended to us by a family friend of ours when we were first going thru the stages of getting one of our dogs help after her cancer diagnosis. For our other dog, they had suggested a mixture of both medication and physical therapy, and a more holistic approach to weight loss for our dog. I like that they will do what they can holistically instead of pumping the dogs full of meds. They're the most affordable vet office I have ever seen in my life! Super supportive and my dogs don't put up a fight when we need to take them, they like the staff. The previous vet office we used to take them to (I won't name) wanted to charge around $1200~ for a teeth cleaning that included the sedation. We Talk Pets offered their services for just under $300 for the same procedure. Definitely a must-go, especially if you're like me and you're still in college doing part time work, but need to take your buddy for a visit."
