"If I could give less than one star I would. I had to put my dog down and I asked for her ashes back, and paid. Well guess what?? after waiting for almost a month I called to find out when I was going to get them. No return call, so I called again and now I have to talk to the manager. We all know this is not going to go well. I was told I'm not getting them because someone didn't check the correct box. Really?? This is isn't your first time, so what are you going to do different so the next person doesn't have to go through this?. The flowers are nice but my dog's ashes as promised would have been better. And where is my refund? it should have been done along time ago but as of yesterday it hasn't. I really hope the person who screwed up got fired.."

"Generally, I do not leave poor reviews, but when it comes to my pet and others' pets, I believe people should be informed of all circumstances when making decisions for their pet. I made an appointment for an urgent visit and was told that the doctor would see me at the same time as the originally scheduled pet/patient. I waited for 45 minutes. 45 minutes. Unbeknownst to me, the doctor was not with a pet/patient but on a conference call. And after asking how much longer, the doctor was still not available. So despite needing a doctor for an URGENT visit, i was left there waiting, but I didn’t have time to wait because my dog needed care so I left for another vet. If the doctor was busy, then I should have been informed so as to not book with this clinic and go somewhere else because again, the matter was urgent. And this isn’t the first time the clinic has been unreasonably tardy with an appointment. And the vet I generally saw didn’t take her time for examinations nor explain things. For example, it Took 2 visits just for her to tell me what side my dog was limping on, but without any explanation of possible causes, aside from pushing a $400 x ray to determine the cause."

"I always have had a wonderful experience coming in. I’m new to taking care of my dog and it was terrifying to go since she doesn’t do well in public places. They not only took care of her well but they took care of me as well. I will definitely make this my pets vet."
