"I tolerated this doctors rudeness for years because she had good prices. Nevertheless after my last visit I switched to a kinder Veterinarian. I dropped off my sick dog, waited an hour in my car for someone to come get the dog.. For some reason you are not allowed to go inside with your pet. My dog has severe anxiety. She was shaking the entire time in the car. Dr.D said she was going to give her fluids and told me to call in a couple hours. I called in three hours, and the nurse told me she still have not received her fluids yet because they got busy. I could hear my sick dog barking in the background. This was very disturbing so I called back and asked why she had not received her fluids yet and then they told me she just needed more? They told me to come pick up the dog at 5:30. Again I waited over an hour. At 6:30 I got out of my car to stand in front of the door because I could feel my dogs anxiety. There was another customer in front of the door, an elderly man. Dr. D came out and literally yelled at the man to go and wait in his car and then she started to reprimand me for complaining about her having my dog all day. Telling me how sick my dog was, even though when I called to check in on her, they told me she was doing much better. I took her to another vet today and they told me that this veterinarian refuses to send over past paperwork. She is the only veterinarian that they know of that refuses to send over the animals records upon request.. The new Vet said the medication they gave her was for diarrhea, and it could explain why she continued to vomit when I gave her the medication.. her prices are considerably lower and I think she manipulates caring pet owners. She yells at them, speaks down to them, knowing they may not be able to afford a better veterinarian. I always thought maybe she liked animals better than people and she treated the animals better. Now who knows because nobody's allowed to even go into the office.. I can only hope she treats the animals better than she does their humans..The experience I had at the new vet was night and day. My dog didn't leave shaking. It was clean, the wait time was 5 minutes! The Doctor was kind and caring took time to explain everything and asked if I had questions. I feel like I just left an abusive relationship. Wow!!!"

"Really happy with this vet. The staff is excellent, they usually get us in right away and they are good with the dogs. They are also well priced and do not try to "up charge" like so many of the vets do these days. They are a good and reliable country type vet, great for all the basic needs and affordable."

"I’m beyond happy with their services. My dog was in such pain and was progressively getting worse but the doctor took good care of us and prescribed medication with a treatment plan. My baby boy is doing so much better now. They also do military discount which helped with the bill at the end too!"
