"Was quoted one price on the phone and charged more upon arrival. There is little to no explanation about anything there by the front desk, and he just acted like he wanted us on our way. Rooms were very clean and decent, nothing luxurious, but got the job done."

"This place is disgusting! Garbage customer service. They refuse to give information to a supervisor/ owner. They lie straight to your face. Someone parked in our parking spot 2 nights in a row. The employees refuse to enforce their own rules. They didn't even "clean" our room one day. Their "room cleaning" is changing the sheets and leaving towels. Yes, that's black mold in the shower and on the wall by the toilet in the photos (room117). We are pursuing a full refund."
