"I have no time during the weekdays to bring my child to the clinic for a flu shot. Rite Aid made it possible today since they accept appointments on the weekend. I scheduled it for 5 PM, but arrived at 1055 AM and they accepted the schedule change without an issue. I am very pleased by their customer service and happy to have it in the neighborhood! Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy staff! I couldnt bring my child to daycare next week without you!"

"They closed the pharmacy early tonight, October 5th, 2023. Tried to pick up an important and time sensitive script at 8:45 but they were closed already. Their customer service has gone downhill over the past few months. We had been very pleased with their service for a few years until the past few months and may change pharmacies because of recent experience. It's a tough gig and they're constantly understaffed."

"If you’ve read my other reviews you’ll see it’s very difficult to such a low rating from me. Years ago we switched to RideAid for all of our pharmacy needs because of how friendly the clerks were. However there has been a new person added to the pharmacy here who has a special talent for being incredibly rude. My daughters, wife and now I have all experienced this from the same person on different days. It is not a person just having a bad day. Therefore I cannot recommend coming to this pharmacy any longer. If this was a one time thing I would never write a review like this. I hope Rite Aid can make changes before they lose more business. What a shame. Update on 9/3/23 finding that they must have a policy to not answer the phone here. I called and redialed the number hitting option 3 over 20 times in a row and so decided to drive into the pharmacy and dialed while driving. When I got here the guy was doing something behind the counter told me he’d be right with me, then never answered the phone and helped some other people who came to the door. There was only 1 person working and now many people waiting. I’m lowering my rating to an unprecedented 1 star. I only have 1 other review with such a low score. You guys earned it though."

"Great pharmacy staff. And was so simple to schedule and receive vaccinations, including COVID. Drive thru available if you chose to not go in store for medication pick up and COVID testing."
