"There customer bath room is never open and the employees were super rude about it when I asked about it."

"Went by to pick up my prescriptions at 1:30 today, Tuesday. Gates were down and the pharmacy was closed. I asked the people behind the gates when they opened and was told "not until 2:00 PM". Looked for a sign or some kind of notice that they would be closed during the day or for lunch and could not find any indication that they were supposed to be closed. To say the least this did not make me a happy customer. Maybe it's time to look for another pharmacy that is open during their posted hours."

"Bad customer service at the pharmacy today. Pharmacist should always go over new prescriptions or offer to go over it. The lady at the front desk asked if I had questions, I said no, because I had no questions for her. I was expecting the pharmacist to go over it since it was a prescription for my child. When I asked if a pharmacist would go over it she rudely said, "no, you said you had no questions." She did not offer to have the pharmacist review it for me even after expressing my concern."

"The pharmacy itself is the same as the other ones. But management on the other hand is very rude and borderline racist. My son went in to ask if they're still hiring and if he could fill out an application in person, the manager was very disrespectful and told him he should have taken a resume and that they are not hiring. We checked on their website and it says they are. I wish I could speak to someone above him, because there was absolutely no reason to treat my son that way, unless he's racist."

"Alexa helped me at the photo spot. I am not technically at all she helped me print a picture off my phone. She was so helpful and so kind threw the process. She is a wonderful employee with great customer service! I will make that my new CVS because I can count on her help with any questions or anything I need help with. Thank you for your kindness!"
