"Love all the seasonal product. Quality varies buy there are many major brands in small qty for the dollar value. Lots of patking and friendly staff. Can not beat the choices, so many. Well stocked."
"Customer service is not top priority at this store. They always wait till there is 10 to 12 people in line with only one cashier open till they call for another cashier. And sometimes they won't even call for another cashier while you see other employees walking around. Sure some people have time to wait 15 to 20 minutes in a check out line in this Dollar Tree, I don't."
"No restroom for customers. I don't usually use any public restrooms but I really needed to go. They told me they had a restroom for employees but wouldn't allow customers to use it. What is the big deal of using the restroom? The public and employee restroom doors are side by side. Business should have functioning restrooms for customers in my opinion."
"The store is small and not well supplied and customer service is terrible. I had my hands full of items and the manager Joanie opened another lane and said I can help the next person. I lined up since the person only had a couple of things. Apparently she only opened for the one white customer that was in line and told me she wasn't open. Then kept staring at me as I waited in line. I'll never come back here again, I just happened to be in the area. The Dollar Tree in Sun City and in Lake Elsinore are much better."
