"I would like to say that it was a very enjoyable time coming in at Old dark 30 in the morning. The store was clean aisles were clear and customer service agents were out there to help you. The pictures were approved by point. Perla, was the first face that I saw when coming into the store at 6:02 a.m. she greeted me and asked if there was anything that she could help me with, and of course there was it was a great transaction to see that even this early in the morning there are people like Perla that were on the ball and had things going. I thought I'd be able to catch a customer service agent off guard since it was so early in the morning but I was wrong she was on point she was professional and she kept the conversation going to get what I needed back into my account or what I preferred was a merchant gift card from Lowe's Menifee. She was able to do that with a quickness. Which made my day go a whole heck of a lot more since it just started at 4:00 and I'm already at Lowe's by 6:00 a.m. . The store was clean as you can see by the pictures the people were happy to be there. At this time Perla is going to go on some needed vacation I am sorry I will not see her for a while but she's been at the store since James T Davis has been there and she is one of the lucky finds that he had working in that store prior to him getting there. The whole thing is to put together a team that works and performs at high levels all the time always remember to put in the customer service first but still remembering that they represent Lowe's corporation Lowe's Menifee store. I can't wait till you get back and again I wish you the very best and thank you again for making my day. Outstanding customer service was able to get everything I needed when I got there places clean people have masks on keeping the social distance when they but they're always people there to help you get what you need. It seems a day taking the extra effort to try to make sure that you get what you need and a timely matter and able to get you a good price remember that price matching at the store is available. And unlike Home Depot here you get a military discount on everything including the wood."

"Whoever Lowes uses for their delivery service of appliances is horrible! They are also lazy. They do not make an effort to find an address (they had my address) Twice the delivery people had me come to the address at 8 PM to deliver appliances only to say they could not find my address which is ridiculous! It is not hard to find. When I called to find out why they never came the store said they called me. That was a blatant lie! they never called me. They could’ve also text me and never tried. They just did not deliver my appliances twice and left me sitting there wasting my time for nothing. This is unprofessional of Lowe’s. You need a new delivery service Lowe’s. Whoever these people are they are lazy."

"My wife and I were interested in purchasing blinds for our new home. Sharon was the rep who assisted us. She helped us choose shades and the colors, Sharon answered all our questions and concerns. She was very patient and we didn't feel rushed to choose. She was great! Awesome customer service skills too! Also, I want to thank Diane who helped us with a service call of our Washer and Dryer hook up. She was friendly, very helpful & accommodating in coordinating the appointment time for the set up. Thank you Sharon & Diane!"

"Self checkout while convenient has really taken the shopping experience and changed it for me. The ladies at the registers were always nice to talk with and friendly. Their customer service staff still does as much as they are allowed to help with for sure."

"So sorry I have to edit my 5 stars to ONE. I have a service dog and was with a group of service dogs. There were 9 of us. We were walking and shopping. All the dogs are well trained and behaved well. Most of the group are veterans. Lowes talks a good game. Veteran parking. 10% discount for vets etc. Today we were asked to leave. This is bad business and also ILLEGAL!!!"
