They were very prompt too, althought it wasn't that busy late night on a Sunday. "We received excellent service for our ancient little dog's opthalmic emergency. At 7:00 p.m. when our regular vet was closed, we took our dog with a perforated eye to VCA. The wait was not as bad as it could have been, and they were able to hospitalize and treat him that night. We picked him up the next day with a very thorough treatment plan, all the medications he needed and a well-organized folder with all the notes and lab results in printed form. They communicated everything very clearly including the cost breakdown. The prices are fair for the services received. The vet, Dr. Landry, offered a variety of options, and didn't push us strongly in any particular direction. He was compassionate and professional. I would definitely recommend VCA on Harris Road for your pet's emergency medical treatment."
