"When I set Capone’s appointment I made sure to let them know I was not going to be able to take him myself. So I made sure to give my boyfriend records of what Capone had done in his last appointment to his regular vet. The doctor that checked Capone seemed bothered by my boyfriend not having all the answers. I FaceTimed him and it seemed like she didn’t want to talk to me although I had the answers. She didn’t look at the paperwork and it seemed to bother her that my boyfriend told her “this is the paperwork from his last visit”. She just had a really bad attitude, not welcoming at all. I will try another facility next time however if I do have to take Capone there again I will request a different doctor. Will I refer anyone here? My answer is no. I rated a 3 because Capone is feeling better."
