"I went to Project Performance for a consultation for a herniated disc that had a flare up and wanted to address the root issue. Brandon put me through a series of tests to discover my imbalances and current range of motion. He did this with the most care and didn’t force useless movement. Once the tests were over, we went through a quick session where I was able to move with far less pain. That was just the first session! After the hour long session, Brandon set himself apart from other PT’s when he went through his 5 step plan to make sure I was able to address the root cause AND give me the tools to strengthen my core beyond the end of our sessions. I will definitely continue my physical therapy journey with Project Performance because of Brandon!"
"Holy WOW! I am a tattoo artist and I originally went to Project Performance to help prevent lower back issues. I hunch over all day and started to notice my posture was getting worse accompanied by lower back pain. I went in for an evaluation at the beginning of January and was immediately surprised at how knowledgable and friendly the staff was. Desiree was the Physical Therapist I work with and, man, does she know her stuff. I've seen her twice now and I work with Sierra, the Personal Trainer, twice a week to help strengthen my muscles and maintain a more healthy lifestyle. Overall, my experience has been nothing but amazing, friendly, and informative. I am already seeing results for both posture and overall strength. I highly recommend the whole team for any physical therapy and personal training needs!"
"Before working with Brandon at Project Performance Therapy, I suffered from chronic lower back pain due to a Jiu Jitsu injury. Before seeing Brandon, I was only guessing what was injured, and after my first session, he had diagnosed the problem and identified a training plan that immediately provided pain relief. After consistently doing rehab training, a few months later I am almost at 100%. I would trust Project Performance Therapy wholly to treat me with the best care possible while identifying the underlying issues and tailoring a training program to fit my specific needs. 10/10"
"Working with Brandon at Project Performance Physical Therapy was not something I thought I would need. I am a 30-year-old active male who hasn’t had many physical problems before. I injured my knee around six months ago. In my mind, physical therapy was for old folks and torn ligaments but after three frustrating months of limited mobility, ongoing weakness and the inability to workout at my gym (P360) I was afraid my knee would never be the same. My Wife had worked with Brandon for her lingering back pain and was back to her regular activity after 12 sessions with him. I figured I’d give it a shot. After my first session with Brandon, he immediately identified my knee injury and tailored a personalized program to suit my active lifestyle and goals. Brandon modified each workout and gave me a scheduled regimen to complete at home. With Project Performance, it’s more than just fixing an injury. He understood and took into consideration the level of activity that I expected and wanted to return to. After my sessions with Brandon, he didn’t just fix my knee problems, he’s given me the confidence to return to my previous level of activity and then some. I would never want to hurt my knee again, but working with Brandon was a godsend, and I can’t imagine where I’d be without his expertise. Trust me, you won't find anyone better. If you’re on the fence, odds are you should pull the trigger, waiting longer will not fix your issues, Project Performance will."
"I came to Brandon with hip pain that I had been experiencing on and off for over two years. After my first consultation with Brandon I knew immediately I had finally found someone who understood the pain, what the underlying cause was and how we were going to get relief. I am happy to say after just a few sessions I not only felt relief from the pain but stronger in the surrounding muscles. Brandon is so knowledgeable. I was truly blown away. Brandon was recommended to me by my personal trainer and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy. I cannot recommend Project Performance enough!"
