"First off Bravo to the staff for creating a wonderful patient experience for Mama and Kiddo. Busy Mama here and no problems for the staff, the positive and welcoming attitude and kindness was beyond refreshing . The office is wonderful and clean and taken care of. To further my great experience I have a nervous child to medical offices/ Doctors. Despite my attempts to get my daughter ready for the appointment she still wasnt ready (go figure). The Doctors and staff made my daughter feel comfortable and supported. The Dr. Femme even sang to her while brushing her teeth. She walked in feeling nervous and timid and came out feeling empowered about her ability to do "hard things". Proud of my girl and proud to say as long as I am in 4s Ranch Elite Pediatrics will be my go to for Pediatric care. Thank you to the ENTIRE team for making a great experience for my daughter."
