"I had been taking ALL of my dogs and cats to Carmel Holistic for years - years and thousands of dollars. I was happy until things weren't adding up. Too many tests, too much money and the last straw was when I brought my dogs poop/pee samples in and they refused to take them because I had bought a "package deal" and was 2 weeks late on these samples. Really? That was it! I realized then, they are all about the money. And now, trying to get them to send my pets' records to our new vet has been a ridiculously difficult. And getting hold of someone live, forget about it. Messages not returned. And where is their web site? Are they getting ready to sell or close? Anyway, no more Carmel Holistic for us... Be ware."
