"Dr Mary, Dr Lester and Dr Dyson are top notch vets at Napa Small Animal Hospital. Convenient, good techs, fair prices, always insightful options offered. The only issue is that when short staffed they can be hard to get an appt with (which is frustrating w/a sick pet), but hopeful they are staffed up now as last appt was very easy to secure."

"Dr. Ken and Jessica at the front desk were so helpful, friendly and put my mind at ease when I had to have the rest of my tiny dog’s teeth pulled. She is doing great, and I have so much confidence in my new vet! They emailed me options for pet insurance and informed me about a new medication that will help with her arthritis. I believe we are in good hands."

"Do not use this vet! We tried this office based upon its great reputation. The reputation must have been earned prior to the new vet taking over. The staff and rotating group of vets, who don’t actually work there, are indifferent at best. They have no concern for animals, which makes me question why they are doing what they do. Beyond their lack of concern for pets, their business practices are questionable. There was very little transparency when it comes to cost. We were told we paid for a series of vaccines and then had to pay $50 per visit for something we had already paid for. When I brought this to the office manager she said “it is what it is, sorry”. Don’t be fooled, find another vet!"

"I moved to Napa in July of 2021 and was looking for a great vet for my dog Chompsky who is getting older and has some health issues. Since then, He has had three surgeries to remove some cancer growths. The Vet was amazing and Chompsky is doing great! I am super grateful for the amazing team at Napa Valley Animal Hospital! The entire team is really great and super friendly. They obliviously love animals and it shows in their compassionate care. My new puppy, Cece is now being seen there and we are very happy with the services they provide. Highly reccomend Napa Valley Animal Hospital!"
