During the class he would check in and provide tips. The whole staff were very supportive and helpful. He was very intentional about checking in with me multiple times throughout the class to make sure I was getting the kicks and punches right. He was nice and patient with me as he helped me get the moves down. He also brought a great energy to the class. All around great instructor and a very fun/ high energy class!"
