"I have been going to RevBody for 4 years and it has completely transformed my body and how I view exercise. The weight lifting strength classes have taken away the fear of lifting weights because all of the trainers are so helpful and teach you the proper techniques. The variety of classes give you the chance to have a holistic workout routine that isn’t repetitive or boring. The trainers and the other members are also really great and create an atmosphere that is inviting and not intimidating like traditional gyms can be. Showing up and having someone guide you on what to do takes away a lot of stress off and you can just enjoy your workout. With consistency , the results in your body will show so I highly recommend!"
