She is one of the best speech therapists we have ever worked with and are grateful for her patience and creative way to connect and educate our son whom has autism and limited speech in addition to an AAC user which makes his case complex. Her speech therapist, Lauren, has been AMAZING to work with. And Shannon Kong (the CEO) even came to meet with me after I expressed some concerns about my daughter. She is the most responsive CEO and is always available via email and phone calls. Lauren is an absolute doll and is so patient with my little one. Never does she raise her voice or gets upset.
