"My service was on 3.23.23 - after several attempts and waste of my time, I finally got the invoice 2.10.24. Wasted so much time, then I paid online and the website does not provide an email or any confirmation once you submit paid. So I had to call the billing department to request and then they have to contact another department and email me. Their billing is so screwed up that something so simple to do online caused me to have to call anyway. The only reason i bothered was the long history of their screwed up billing department if I should get a notice saying I didn't pay I would have proof."

"I paid my bill in full, then a month later received a letter from a collection agency saying that I owed the amount I had already paid. Sent proof of PayPal payment and am still fighting with the collection agency. The amount was less than $35.00. I’m paying it again. Will never use them again and will report it to my doctor and advise them to go elsewhere."

"I am still receiving bills from basic labwork submitted to them over 6 months ago. They upcharge you for absurd fees and when you call they provide an ambiguous explanation. Avoid if possible. I may ask my PCP and physicians to submit my labwork to a different lab in the future. These folks just seem like a sham."
