"I walked in to pay my home insurance, and I met Nancy, who made me feel so welcome, even though I was not their client. Slav Boston is not my agent but because Nancy was so helpful, and gracious I came back to transfer my business to his office. My previous agent (who took over when my agent retired) was a repugnant massogiinist disgraceful person. He was rude, refused to answer questions and I am a 4th generation Farmers client. "After my farmers agent passed away, Farmers gave me a new agent by the name of Slav. This was 3 months ago. I emailed him several times to discuss my insurance plans. As of today, I have yet to speak to Slav nor have I ever received any responses to the emails I sent him. I am completely unsatisfied with his services as he never provided any. He didn’t return even ome call. I don’t even know what his voice sounds like. I’m not sure how he has such a high review read on Google, but in my experience, he would get zero stars, me and my entire family are switching to a different agent. if you haven’t already done so, I would highly recommend finding someone who is more responsive to your needs."
