"This post is regarding a Therapist at Ray Of Hope - Tura Johnson. Didn't even get a chance to speak with her or meet but just the lead up experience dealing with her was horrific. Has an assistant (member of her family) who deals with you, not her, has a policy to collect a deposit upfront stating it is for any co pay that might be required post sessions. Her assistant changed my apptment date/time twice. Then kept my deposit and refused to work with me/my child because in advance I asked to change the appointment bc my child was sick. Told me she was too busy and wouldn't work with me but sent me half a dozen emails about why she has decided not to work with me AND will just keep my deposit. Had to block her. BEWARE."
