"My 5 month old son was sent on an ambulance ride by the ER doctor to a children’s hospital. The ambulance they ordered did not have the appropriate equipment to monitor his oxygen levels, yet they told us to ride it anyway. He received no medical care on the ambulance and we are stuck with a $6300 bill for it. We were told by patient relations that their billing Dept would reach out to us to make things right. Today is 5 full business days since we were told that, and we have heard nothing from the billing Dept. Stay away from Sutter/PAMF! We will tell our family and friends the same if this situation is not rectified."

"They prescribed me a bronchi dilator for an osteo/muscle issue. They also administered a high dose of painkillers despite me telling them that I had just taken a high dose, bringing me past the maximum safe daily maximum in under an hour. Blatant lack of regard for safety in the interest of squeezing my insurance. After performing unnecessary tests and giving me unnecessary medication, they sent me home with unresolved severe/debilitating pain to return for more tests the next day (or later that day, as I had been in the ER between 11pm and 4 am). They had no one there to perform the ordered tests when I returned as instructed due to poor internal communication. After waiting for someone to arrive to do my two tests, they did a third, more invasive test that was both not on my orders and I was not prepared for. They then told me that they had no idea what was wrong, prescribed me more unfitting medication, told me to ignore it until it went away, and gave me the boot. All the while, the doctors were invalidating both the pain I was in and the symptoms that I described. They admitted that in 40% of their patients presenting abdominal pain they are unable to identify a diagnosis. I didn't even come in for my abdomen- I just mentioned that it was hurting as well and they completely ignored my upper ribs, the main issue, after that. You can tell that they're been thoroughly trained in bedside manner, but the complete lack of care for their patients and the greed with which they operate really shine through in their actions."
"Till now its been a good experience. Annual Physical check up with doctor and blood tests with pathology department has been good too. Hopefully it stays the same."
