""Exceptional experience at Mills Peninsula Hospital! From the talented surgeon to the cheerful nurses, every staff member made us feel like part of a caring family. The genuine warmth and bright smiles were a constant, turning a hospital stay into a positive journey. Special kudos to the PT team for their dedication. Additionally, the cafeteria deserves applause for its spectacular diner-style a la carte menu - a surprisingly delightful bonus! Grateful for the outstanding care, friendly atmosphere, and delicious meals. Highly recommend this hospital for a top-notch healthcare experience. 5 stars!""
"My recent visit to ER was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hospital lacks the basic standards of care and compassion one would expect. Despite my mom being in severe pain, we were left waiting for hours before anyone even bothered to assess her condition. The staff was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. It was as if they had no regard for the suffering of their patients. When my mom was finally seen by a doctor, the lack of thoroughness in the examination was shocking. It seemed like they just wanted to get her out of there as quickly as possible, without actually addressing her needs. The conditions of the facility were equally appalling. The waiting area was dirty and unkempt, and the patient rooms were no better. It's clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority here. Overall, my experience at ER was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to look elsewhere, as this hospital clearly does not value the well-being of its patients."
"If I could, I would also give it a zero Personal care isn't the best When requesting a blanket simply we weren't given it. I also saw that multiple people from Hispanic to Asian to Caucasian people were given different treatment as well , were treated in a different tone of voice. And this was only the FRONT DESK Faculty is well kept, and some of the staff members do respond effectively and are kind. The waiting was quite long, but nurses were kind I will compare to Stanford Hospital so far. Stanford Hospital will be top choice to bring a any person who isn't well or feeling well. You won't feel discriminated,"
"I had a great experience as a patient and as a guest. Staff is amazing, super nice and caring. They work very hard at making the patient feel safe and comfortable. There is a large parking garage, with elevators. Charging stations for vehicles. There is a cafeteria with good food available. Peets coffee available too. Large dining area, with a outdoor patio with nice views of the airplanes coming and going. Waiting area does have outlets to plug in chargers etc. The hospital rooms are a good size, their is a sofa/bed a guest can sleep on. I suggest bringing extra pillows and blankets. The hospital bed and couch is very hard and caused us back pain. We brought a heating pad that heloed with the back discomfort. The rooms have their own temp control. Lowest temp is at 55 degrees if you enjoy it on the cooler side. Good size tv available with cable tv. There is Wifi available. Guests who stay overnight have the option of ordering room service for a $10fee. Or you can buy individually at the cafeteria. Open 7a-7pm."
"came here for a blunt trauma accident on the road in which I was in intense pain in my leg. it was a quieter night but it still took them an entire hour before giving any pain medication, not even a Tylenol. The doctors were smart and the nurses were comforting, I trusted them when I saw them. I thought it was bizarre that I had like 6 different medical staff seeing me though, guess not much communication here."
