"THE WORST Customer Service!!!!! Good luck trying to Cancel your membership! No one ever answers the phone, no matter what time of day you call. I’ve emailed notifying them about my cancellation,in Dec, 2023! I moved an hour away from their only location, they’ve acknowledged it, however I keep getting charged!!!! I have a balance of almost $300 now?!!! Oh and their billing department can’t help you with cancelations either!! If anyone has any information/ suggestions, PLEASE help me."
