"They don’t answer their phone. I called the store and they connected me to the pharmacy. All I wanted to find out is if they have the new booster shot. When I got there the pharmacist said it was by appointment only. I did have an appointment. There was no line. She was kinda rude. Wonder if I didn’t have an appointment would she have given me the booster. No one was waiting to get the booster shot."

"Horrible customer service! I called the pharmacy to ask if my prescription was ready. They had me on hold for 47 minutes, I decided to drive to the store, and ask in person. After waiting in line, they said it’s under review. It only takes a few seconds to answer the phone and cater to your clients needs. I will be taking my business somewhere else."
