"Came here last week and saw this small tank of maybe 200 goldfish. They were so cramped together that only the fish on the very ends could move at all. The fish in the middle were simply stuck and not moving at all. Absolutely heartbreaking and I am stunning by Petsmart's complete indifference toward animal rights and animal welfare."
"I recently adopted a kitty cat and PetSmart in Westlake was the only place I could find that did "cat grooming". Making an appointment was super easy and the scheduling associate was friendly and helpful throughout the process. This is my first cat and Angela, The Groomer was extremely helpful and super sweet with teaching me some things about my new kittycat. On our way out Angela suggested we buy some cat toys since they were on sale due to it being Valentines Day. To my surprise we got an additional discount due to scheduling our grooming services on Valentines day and we ended up getting our two cat toys for free. My cat left a happy cat :)"
