Park Compounding Pharmacy

"This pharmacy needs to learn customer service. I ordered a numbing ointment and they made a cream. I had asked the pharmacist about the expiration time of the cream and he said 30 days but that if I got the ointment, it would be good for 6 months. I said that I wanted the ointment then. There was no miscommunication possible here. He said they could re-make it for later in the day but I don't live locally and didn't have the luxury of coming back for it. I asked about shipping and he wanted to charge me $15 even though it was his mistake. He made no apology and actually tried to make it my fault. The price was already significantly higher than I've paid elsewhere and their shipping charge is 3 times what I usually pay. I obviously won't be using them again."
