"When I went for my annual physical- I was charged twice for the same 10-minute appointment. Once for the actual physical another claim was put in as an office visit. How can this be legal? Co-pay on the same visit 65.00, and zero co-pay for the physical. I have never been charged for two visits in a 10 minute time period. Extremely quick appointment. I have called billing and sent the doctor a message, but the claim is still showing up as outstanding. How can a doctor legally charge for two appointments? This is CRAZY. BEWARE!"

"I got an appointment finally after 3 months. I arrived exactly 3 min late, but had to wait in line to check in since the patient before me was having some issues. In fact I think she was walking around and saw that there was a line at the reception. I checked in and was waiting in the reception when they called me and said Dr Reddy directly asked to reschedule your appointment since you were 10 min late. I told the reception that I was in the line waiting to get checked in and he said “yes I know but this comes directly from doctor Reddy.” Given that attitude, I’m glad I will not be using her as my PCP."

"Not only was I charged twice for the same visit, I was also prescribed a standard annual physical blood test, which turned out to be close to $800 in billing because insurance deemed that many of the tests on there are not needed / not standard blood test for an annual physical exam. I've been filing complaints for 6 months and the hospital is denying all responsibilities. An Incredible waste of time and bad quality of care."

"I would give this so called Dr. Reddy 0 stars if possible. Horrible bed side manners (shy of shouting at me who was translating for my mother and her as well - made her anxiety multiple times worst) horrible communication skills and limited vocabulary waste of time at best this person should not be practicing medicine and treating patients . Tells me “Drs tell you the truth no one tells you” while changing what she was telling us during a 30 minutes visit that was too long . Wouldn’t care to listen to why we were there but so quick to prescribe anti-anxiety med and tells me “this is how American medical system works” well she’s right if it wasn’t so out of wack someone like her wouldn’t be able to keep her license. Stay away at all cost , webMD is far more qualified than this so called rude arrogant under qualified doctor ."

"this review is not for Dr. Reddy. I didnt even get to schedule an appointment with her due to the receptionist who was so short and rude and non-helpful. I have never experienced a receptionist like this before, asking me to call her back as I was literally pulling my insurance card out of my wallet and then her stating she would call me back, hung up the phone quickly and then I realized she doesn't even have my number. So unprofessional."
