"Used the self serve tubs for my pup. She hates baths and has anxiety with other dogs- it was very convenient going first thing in the morning when they opened as no one else was there. They provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, and 3 different combs- I brought my own of everything bc I didn't know they provided them. Blower was weak but got the job done. They also provide aprons! They allow 20 mins per wash."

"Second time I come from Poway to Escondido. Never again. First time, last minute 7 am appt. I had original Rabies certificate and receipt from Kahoots good til May. . They did not have the rabies vile sticker on the certificate so my dog was declined. Waste of sleep, gas. Second time today. I got an early updated rabies vac for my dog yesterday. Appt today at 12:30. The clerk said they had to wait 48 hrs (tomorrow) to groom my dog!!! Again, waste of time and gas. Never again. Got an appt at Petco. Explained the situation. They accepted both vaccine certificates. Go to Petco. Cheaper too and more services included without paying extra."
"Left our Golden Retriever here over the weekend and it went amazing! They gave us a report card on his stay! He came home extremely happy! Area was well kept and clean! 5 stars and will use again !"
"It was good for a last minute boarding and it is reasonably priced. However, they do not send pictures or have a live feed and when you call, all you get is a “their chart says they’re eating and going to the bathroom.” When I picked up my dog after an 8 night stay I bathed her and she had an outbreak of what looked like fleas. When I called, they said that none of the dogs have fleas and that they “thoroughly” check the incoming dogs. Meanwhile my husband and I were there, we saw the employee just graze a small area on a dog with a flea comb, that is NOT thorough. Then they said “well your dog was pretty messy sometimes and we had to clean out her area so that may be her own stool instead of flea dirt.” I’m pretty sure I would know after giving her a bath if it was her own stool. I then ask how many times she was let out per day and they said once in the early morning and then once at night. So no wonder she was messy during the day, they let her sit in her own pee and poop. I am now getting her treated for fleas and I am NEVER boarding her here EVER again."
