"So I bought a guinea pig from them. He had ring worm, I could tell from the scabbing and other symptoms. He got my female guinea pig sick, and she is still not recovering well. I called plenty of times and never got helped. I have been calling since I think it was December. Then, the lady I talked to was rude with an attitude. Don't buy animals from here unless you know they are healthy.. so stupid.."
"Use the grooming service here. Have been going for almost 30 years. The groomer we use is really good. The pups love her. The grooming area is always clean, and the personnel are always friendly. We have taken 7 different pups here over the years. Will take any future pups here as well. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. Sometimes, the line to check out can be a little long and slow. Eventually, they will have another register open. Overall, it is a nice place to shop. They have a very extensive selection of dog and cat food (wet and dry) and chew toys for dogs and cats of all sizes. Have not used the vet services at this location. Bancroft is a national chain. That is all I know about it."
