"I visited her at the Day St. Office. I do have to say my wait was a bit long but for a Doctor like this you don't mind the wait. She is very thorough and really showed that she cared. She listened to my concerns and made me look at my health in a different way. I'm certainly glad she's my Doctor now."

"I honestly do not understand the low reviews. This office has taken me to the back faster than many other medical offices I visit. The staff has always treated me with kindness, answering any question without making me feel silly. MBA herself is a VERY knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to teach you. She is a very busy person, yet, I have NEVER felt rushed out of her office. She is one of the few doctors I have met that takes the time. She has answered questions for me, even after I stepped out of the care room. To top it off, a fun little note is I assigned her as my PCP when she specializes in OBGYN/Pregnancy. Despite this, she did not shoo me off or humiliate me. I was treated with kindness and she stepped into the role of General practitioner, to help me, until I switched my insurance to a proper primary. Honestly, I wish she wasn't a specialist. I wish she could remain my primary, but that would be unfair to her and her patients. Nonetheless, I think the doc. and staff are wonderful. Once again, I do not understand the low reviews."

"Dr Mba was recommended to me by a younger mother from a mommy's group that I am a member of. I should have listened when a few of the more seasoned mothers warned me that she does not listen to her patients. I have been experiencing severe incontinence and reached out to her office a couple of times about it. The first time I was told it was normal. The second time I was given an appointment in October, the 3rd time I pushed for a sooner appointment because it was becoming a problem. I was told by Dr Mba to use my bonding time to continue to recover. I called EDD to ask about bonding time, as I am new to all of this and the rep was kind enough to inform me that bonding time is not for recovery and I should talk to my care provider about extending my medical leave as this sounded medical. I reached back out to Dr Mba and came to speak with her and she did not even want to talk about it. She cut me off stating she was not extending anything for anyone because she had received 2 letters from EDD in the past so she does not extend for anyone. I have never felt so diminished by my own care provider. I am starting to feel super self conscious about this incontinence issue and to add insult to injury, the urologist that she referred me out to cannot see me until November 6, and Dr Mba could care less.i asked for my file so i could seek treatment elsewhere and made it a poiu t to let me know that she has 14 days by law to get it to me so she will within 14 days, prolonging my ability to seek care by another physician, which seems almost unethical and morally corrupt. I just basically have to urinate on myself until November. If you are a new expecting mom, I urge you to keep looking for a care provider, as Dr Mba does not care. I am trying to care for a 1 month old all while dealing with a severe incontinence issue and a care provider that does not care at all. Don't be like me."

"Its disappointing that she makes you feel like a number. I only received good service the first time I saw her. The second time I had to reschedule because her front staff didn't let patients know that the doctor was running behind for over two hours. A patient sitting next to me had asked why the long wait to be told she's behind and its over two hours. Be ready to wait an average of 1.5 to 2 hours to be seen. The last time I saw her she rushed me and didn't even bother going over my previous lab work with me and just printed me a copy. I expressed concerns about menopause and having testing done or referred to a specialist as well as having a skin patch test for allergies. She sent me for lab work, again refused to go over results with me once completed. She just had front office staff call me. She refused to refer me to an allergist stating, "she's ok no need for it". As a patient it's my right to request as I explained family history of allergies and I would like a thorough review and testing. Office staff will call you and leave a message for a return call, but only to find out that when you call back they dont return your call. The doctor also told me I had to see a psychiatrist for a medication prescribed to me,which she said she only provided me a courtesy refill in the past. I explained that this medication had been previously prescribed to me by my primary doctor and no need for me to see a psychiatrist."

"This is the only woman that I trust with my pregnancies and deliveries. I moved away with 2 of my pregnancies and drove out to make sure she stayed my doctor. Really shocked at anyone having bad reviews since the majority of her employees have also been with her for over 10 years. She is the best. 15 years of experience and 4 pregnancies don't lie."
