"They don't listen to your concerns. They just want to keep up-selling stuff. When I didn't want white fillings, just the old fashioned silver ones, the 'consultant' aka sales person you have to see before they let you go said they do the white ones and my insurance doesn't cover them. When setting up my next appointment, I found out from the office clerk that CAN do the silver ones. At that point I stopped using Gentle Dental."

"The experience was not bad. The staff at Gentle Dental, Perris are excellent. The dentist was pleasant and explained what I needed( root canal) and my options. The endodontist that actually did the root canal had zero people skills no common decency. The regular staff at Gentle Dental took over after the root canal. The staff (especially Dominga) were professional, respectful, and I felt very comfortable with them."

"Beware ! My mom came in to see Dr. McGregor on 25 January when she has insurance she know that she needed two crowns replaced and a deep cleaning. They gave her some kind of excuse that she needed to pay. The insurance was not gonna cover it she called the insurance and insurance said that they would cover it then Insurance called the office to try to speak to someone And all they do is put them on hold. Don’t give them any information very unprofessional I called and I spoke to someone in the office by the name of Dominga she was very nice and polite. It seemed like she knew who I was as soon as I started talk to her and tell her about my mom she put me on hold. I think she probably wanted to get her story straight before she spoke to me and I told her if we couldn’t get this straight that I would drive over there and speak to them this dentist takes advantage of older people. My mom is 77 years old and this is terrible that they take advantage of someone very unprofessional I highly recommend for you not to go here they’re not to be trusted and I’m sure everyone in the office just works there and does whatever the boss says because that’s the way it goes so this dentist is very unprofessional. Response no thank you. You have me a bad taste in my mouth . We will not be coming back. The young lady said since we didn’t get any treatment . My mom will not be charged . Very bad business on your doctors part."

"1st visit. The receptionist was great, and the assistant was very kind. The dental hygienist took forever to see me. When he finally worked on my teeth, the cleaning was done supper fast. I was expecting a through cleaning, but that didn't happen. After squirting my face a couple of times, I was sent home. I am going back in 6 months in hopes that my second visit goes better."

"All of the staff were so friendly and nice! They explained everything really well, walked me through the process, and answered all of the questions I had. I usually hate the dentist but today wasn't bad at all. This is one of the best offices I've been to in terms of care, and for once, I don't mind returning. Thank you for being so patient with me today, and for calming my nerves about my procedure. Compassion really does a long way."
