"Disappointed with the service here. I guess cheep service means you get what you pay for. Took my dog in for a hair cut. Not only did they take 6 hrs to cut her hair but they gave her a rash and razor burn. Sadly they did not clean the brush in between dogs so gave her a nasty rash. Wish they would have told me sooner that they don’t wash the shaver in between dogs."
"Please don’t buy pets here. I’m pretty sure they don’t take care for the poor animals. I saw a dead baby chameleon. It looks like it’s been there for a week. And another on the way to dying very skinny pretty sure it has MBD."
"Place is friendly and provides great customer service. In regard to the low ratings you get what you pay. Don’t expect PETCO five star although I will add I prefer this place. They get the job done."
"They do such a good job and leave your pet so cute, they are affordable and they give your dog bow after they finished. The only thing I can complain about is how sometimes they don’t answer the phone but overall there are a good grooming place plus they sell pets like birds fish and guinea pigs and hamsters!! I definitely will be returning."
