"For $1500 a night you’d think you might have a microwave, trying to feed 8 people and not spending $50 per meal a microwave would sure come in handy. Also, not enough usb ports. Only one power strip in the living area. None in the bedrooms and unable to get to the power outlets to use an adapter. For the price of the room I think I could probably get nicer accommodations near Disneyland for less."

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Early entry to the park and being able to see the fireworks from our room was great. Everything else was a disappointment. The room was run down and in need of a refresh. The taps did nothing to control the temperature of the water. Housekeeping did a poor job. We had to call down for extra towels every day. They didn't replace the coffee pods, although that might have been a small blessing given how bad the coffee pods were. The room temperatures would go up and down by as much as 7.6C several times through the day and night. The walls are paper thin. It's pretty easy to hear whatever might be happening in the rooms near you and I'm sure my children annoyed more than a couple other guests with their loud moments. I guess there aren't a lot of better options if you want to visit the parks but if we ever go back we'd stay somewhere else."

"Obviously the location is great. Our room had a few problems. The shower would go from lava hot to ice cold at random. They fixed it a bit but it kept happening. We had a mold like sludge coming out from our sink and there was a mystery smell coming from the vents. The goofy coffee house was baller and was a nice place for caffeine before the park. The room service is really good and I recommend everything off the kids menu. They have lots of Gluten Free options which were super nice. For how much the room costs I do wish the bathroom was cleaner and easier to use."

"We stayed in The Villas at Disneyland Resort. Checked in through the app, used our phones as our keys. So we didn't need to go to the front desk. That said, the room is great. All our interactions with the staff have been great. We're very happy. That being said, even in what I will call "Disney dollars", it's pricey. So, if you can accept the higher cost, it's pretty great. The property is very nice, and the pool really nice. And I just saw 2 lifeguards on duty (pretty rare for a pool at a Disney area hotel), but then, it's Disney."
