Motel 6 Anaheim, CA - Maingate

"I just took a trip on March 3, to celebrate my birthday with my daughter and my mom and while spending the night in my room my car was stolen from the parking lot. When I asked the front desk for help and what they could help do for me, the lady was very rude and just told me that it was impossible since they have security patrolling the parking lot. If it was impossible then why is my car missing!? They offered no help and just flat out ignored me and my family. Terrible customer service and apparently terrible security. If you’re going to make me pay for parking then at least make sure your security is doing their job! And if another incident like this occurs again be kinder and more considerate of the bad situation. My birthday was ruined and my only means of transportation and sustainment for my child were taken from me. Highly recommend nobody trust the staff or the security here at this motel! They obviously couldn’t care less! I will definitely not be staying here ever again! Very disappointing!"

"Have stayed here a dozen times in two years. Easy walk to Disney. Staff are always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Heated pool and hot tub on site. Plenty of parking. Best budget hotel in Anaheim."

"I have stayed at this Motel 6 twice now and have enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms are spacious and updated, and only a 15 min walk to Disneyland. Great value for the price! The only downside is that there is a new $20 parking fee that I was unaware of until check-in, there was no parking fee when I stayed here a year ago. Overall I definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying here again."

"Beware as of February 2024 there is a $20 + tax per car PER DAY parking fee on top of your room fees. The website does not reflect these fees so we were unpleasantly surprised with a hefty parking bill once we arrived for check in. We expressed our concerns and showed the website in which no mention of the fees were found. There is only a piece of paper stating the fees at the front desk. Otherwise, the facilities were clean, rooms were surprisingly nice for our expectations, laundry was affordable and clean, and it is a good location for Disneyland."

"i walked into the room and was blown away. i had low expectations from a motel 6, but they made me a repeat customer. as i opened the door the beds were nicely made, great presentation, clean bathroom and overall very satisfied. the front desk staff was amazing as well. the young lady that helped us on 11-15-23 to check in was nice, fun, great energy, we had some good laughs. room was ready way before check in time, which i was shocked and pleased. the location was great. shower pressure and hot water, great as well. overall extremely pleased, was worth the money and if i ever go back, i am staying here."
