"So when I was with my dad (this is a pic of my mom) and mom and brother, we booked a room and saw two beds 1 for my mom and dad, and one for me and my brother. I slept very well and the service was good. And I'll visit this again this is better than the other hotels that I've expected! Best hotel ever. I'm visiting this again probably."

"Want to start off by giving a huge shout out to JIMMY. He worked the front desk most of the time we were there, and he is the absolute best. Such welcoming and wonderful service! Hotel overall was good. They have the ART stop right out front, beautiful lobby, great restaurant in front, and nice rooms. My only complaint about this hotel is the sound! You can hear everything in the hall from the rooms, and everything in the rooms from the hall. No sound privacy there. Rooms were clean and had lots of storage/space. Hotel is also dog friendly :)"

"You got what you pay for, and less… We booked at the Sonesta Anaheim Resort after seeing a generally high rating and review but unfortunately, our experience fell flat. First off, there’s a general lack of standard for cleanliness at the hotel. We had the Deluxe King and there was a feeling of negligence when we checked in. We didn’t realize this was a dog-friendly hotel, but the room had a bunch of dog hair on the furniture and we found human hair within the bed and bathroom as well. We asked to be switched to a different room, and it wasn’t that much better. There was still human hair within the bed and just an overall feeling of grime - crumbs in the mini fridge handle, no soap refills, etc. Secondly, this is not the place to book if you’re a light sleeper. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors quite clearly. Since this hotel is close to the Disneyland resort, expect lots of families and children and doors slamming in the night. I also want to note that it’s so close to the freeway, that the sound also seeps in all day. Third, the shower situation. I saw that someone else had noted this but the shower is so outdated and doesn’t drain well, that the water ends up pooling at one of the shower. Since circulation isn’t great in the bathroom (no fan), that pool of water ends up sitting there all day/night. They also have a daily parking rate ($25/day) and what seems to be inconsistent service by the ART bus. At least the mattress itself was comfy, and the staff were polite. Even with its great location by the parks (about 10 min drive), we would probably never book here again."

"The moment you walk in, you see all the Disney memorabilia on the walls and when you get to the elevators, they have Disney characters on the wall. It’s very cute! The front desk personnel was very nice when we checked in. There is plenty of parking outside. The room is spacious. I did ask for a King room but got a room with 2 queens. But we did come the day before New Years Eve so a lot of the hotels are booked. We aren’t far from Disneyland which is where we will spend New Years Eve. We can’t wait! Uber to Disneyland is cheap and you get dropped off at the entrance of Disneyland. We will definitely stay here again."
