"This place is terrible. Clearly most of the reviews on here are fake. Enclosures were dirty, animals weren’t taken care of and the customer service was terrible. The leopard geckos alone gave me cause to call animal protection services. The girl working there said about all but three words to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone - and for the sake of these animals the relevant animal protection agencies should be contact ASAP."

"Everytime I come to this place it's a gamble. They're either open but don't have the supplies or the place is locked down during business hours with an open sign on the front. While I waited to see if anyone was gonna show up, two people stopped by and were just as disappointed they were closed. And one of them was a kid on his way home from school to feed his snake! I want to support this small business but they won't let me. I hate driving all the way to the Reptile factory in Downey but at least they're reliable. Edit: I came back to see if there were any other reviews after I posted mine and literally 12 other reviews showed up all on the next day and all gave this place five stars with glowing reviews. It looks like this place instead of taking my review seriously decided to just bombard the page with paid reviews so if that's the kind of business you want to support, one that doesn't listen to its customers and instead tried to hide its misgivings, then please shop here."

"I honestly had no intention on making a purchase when I walked into Reptiles or Nah but I fell in love with a beautiful Albino Ball Python and couldn’t resist. The owner Pryce was extremely down to earth, welcoming, informative and pretty handsome might I add... I had a great experience and completely recommend this shop to all reptile lovers. 5 stars!!!!"

"If you like exotic animals and a fun environment to let your wild side out then reptiles or nah is the place. They have the biggest Nile monitor on the west coast and they have this large reticulated python named canary and also they let you take photos with him when they are cleaning the cages or even just for fun. So look if you want to take a walk on the wild side then come here."
