"I brought my dog into the Aptos-Creekside Pet Hospital based on the many positive Yelp reviews. (I neglected to read the 1 star reviews.) The veterinarian visually examined my dogs teeth and found a couple of loose canines. She confirmed an infection was present and that is why my dog is having difficulty breathing. She further explained the high risks of having his canines extracted, adding, often dogs return due to subsequent infections post surgery. I asked for an antibiotic to clear the infection which she denied. She said that wouldn't help but she could give him a shot of antibiotics before we left. I have never heard of a doctor willing to to preform surgery on a patient with a preexisting infection, especially with an added risk of post-op infection?!! Then the estimate came. The cost for a dental cleaning and two canine extractions... $2,924.58 - $3,335.83!! And that did not include the current office visit. Ultimately- They were totally useless and absurdly over priced! * No shot was given and no antibiotics were provided for his tooth/sinus infection. My dog and I left the office just as we came. He's still in pain and his difficulty breathing continues."

"Amazing staff, exceptional care, what a wonderful experience!!! I was referred here by a family member who takes her fur baby in for care, and I am so glad that I came in! This was such a warm and welcoming experience for my newly adopted puppy and myself. Every single staff member was so kind! The office manager came out to personally introduce herself and welcome me to the clinic. The veterinarian was so patient and kind, and gave me such great guidance with all of my questions! She was a subject matter expert and extremely informative! she gave me more confidence as a new dog owner. Such a happy experience, and my little fur baby even started falling asleep on the exam table!"
