"The meat department is fantastic. The filet steaks are far better than safeway! I always get meat at Deluxe. The store is not as big as other grocery stores but they have everything you might need. Very conveniently located to Rio Del Mar area. I like the quality of the produce. They carry a lot of unique smaller brands in a variety of different items that I cannot find anywhere else. This is my go to grocery store. I only go to safeway for certain items I cannot find here. I rarely have to wait in line because they are WELL STAFFED!"
"The 'bag it yourself' nuts and mixes is a great idea. Unfortunately, I just lost a tooth biting into a pebble in the mix. Better control of the vendor might be called for."
"The name says it all lol! They’ll have a better organic and healthier selection of things, but the prices are a tad higher than what you may expect. I always find the store clean, convenient and full of smiles. If it were a tiny bit less expensive, would be 5-stars!"
