"Been coming to this CVS for over a year now. The Customer Service is Horrible!!! Today was assisted by an associate named Stacie (can't remember the exact name lol), she has always had an attitude and has always been very rude! She gives this evil look as soon as you walk in!! I agree with the other reviews about the Manager as well!! Upper Management needs to address these issues NOW!!"

"There is a lady called Marisol ( Front checkout, not pharmacy ) is so nice! She and John gave customers excellent service!"

"Worst experience at a CVS. Mohammed was rude and kept blaming us for the transaction not going through. He was impatient and blamed us for system error saying, "This is the last time I am doing this for you" because the machine kept asking us for the same balance no matter which items we kept or took out. In the end, he admitted the error was with the system. My dad and I left the store without any items that we needed."

"Trying to redeem my scratch card reward and I have checked that I won $30 but at the cashier, the staff gave me $20 and I was trying to explain. The store female manager at the time was being rude and not caring stating that $20 was what the register shows and she said “i don’t know what you trying to explain” and I told them I could show them the top part of the scratch card but they have ripped it apart. The manager could use some attitude training instead of embarrassing the customer in front of other customers. Period"

"CVS employee change my birthday without permissions. Because I have argue with her at the CVS by that times she is the Vietnamese. Now my birthday is mess up for my COVID test result. I can't get my result more than a month."
