"Good place to shop the staff are very nice and polite. The paint department is pretty is good a variety of paints colors ,and they can match a color if you have a paint sample which is called a chip. I like this place it's nice to go to a business that is efficient and puts the customers first."
"My favorite home improvement store. It's always very clean. Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. You don't have to hunt them down like you would do at other stores like The Home Depot. If you are looking for something definitely. This is the store to visit and get some knowledge just talk to them. People that work here and they will school you on anything you need to be schooled on"
"Do NOT buy Kobalt products! Lowes does not honor their warranty. What good is the Kobalt 5-year warranty, and extended warranty, if Lowes will not honor their warranty? Was this by design, where Kobalt will “discontinue” a product, relist the SAME EXACT product under a different part number and price, just so they can deny warranty claims? That is the definition of fraud. I wonder how many other clients have been defrauded like this. Class action lawsuit anyone? My Story: I bought a Kobalt 6-piece power tool combo kit in 2019, along with the 2-year additional warranty. Note that this would cover the tools for a total of 7 years. Fast forward to 2023. One of the tools stopped working. I took the broken tool to Lowes to exchange it, but they told me I needed an RMA number. I call the Kobalt line and get the RMA number. They told me I needed to exchange the whole kit, not just the broken tool. I went back to my local Lowes. They then told me that the product is discontinued, but there is a new version of the product. However, my local store does not carry that product, so I would have to go out of town to another Lowes to get the exchange. I then drove to the closest Lowes, Livermore, that had the product in stock, according to the Lowes website. I talked to the customer service rep to try to get the exchange. The worker calls the manager to help me out. The manager, Silvia, refuses to exchange the tools because there is a price difference between now and when I bought it. Take note that I bought it 4 years ago on a Christmas deal, and inflation has been crazy high these past few years. She offers me a refund. I decline and ask for an exchange on the only broke tool, not the whole 6-piece combo. She declines and says that is not possible. Silvia did not offer any alternatives, nor did she offer to call someone else at Lowes that might be able to help. She pretty much was not helpful at all. It seems like she just wanted me out of the store because they were closing soon. ***UPDATE*** I called the phone number provided in the response to my review. The agent told me that Lowes should have replaced the tool under warranty, which was the obvious and correct thing to do in the first place. However, now the Lowes website lists the tool set as out of stock for the past couple months, so I am still stuck with a broken tool. Thanks for all the trouble Lowes! I might just return the set for a refund and go shop at Home Depot instead."
"we bought a LG dryer and it was delivered and installed by Lowes on 9/27/23. It broke on 10/0/23 . Stopped drying. Called LG and went through troubleshooting with them and they said to call LOwes to return/exchange it. LOwes refused saying return policy on major appliances is 48 hours/ LG and Lowes are playing blame game and meanwhile we are out the money ,and no dry clothes ! Do not buy any appliances from LOwes they do not back their product longer than 48 hours !!! Did you read the response from Loew's ? It is a generic reply they have for every less than 3 star review . They don't even have a person reading the complaints . When you call their customer service line , you get a standard apology and referral to the manufacturer . When you call the manufacturer they give you a run around and tell you to talk to Lowes. The also offer to have a tech come by to find out what is wrong and repair your BRAND NEW defective dryer but it will take a few days to get the tech out. The tech will be there between 8 am to 6 PM . Wait for them like you have nothing else to do . The first visit will be to evaluate and order parts . When weeks go by and the parts come in they will schedule a return visit to install them. IN the meanwhile ,just hang your clothes to dry outside . Clothesline and clothes line clips are for sale at Lowes .... "have a good day" !"
"This place is huge. Luckily staff wasn't hard to find and they took me right to what I needed. They opened a second register promptly when the line built up. Gorgeous plants outside!"
