"I took my dog in to get a long overdue spa treatment today. My pup ended up having fleas poor guy. I just felt utterly ashamed and embarrassed while I was there. The lady at the front shouted that he had fleas for everyone to hear. Another gentleman starred at me asking if his dog would get fleas. Needless to say I will not be returning. After paying $300 I would have like a little more discretion and respect. This hasn’t been my first bad experience with them. It’s overly priced and they are not respectful."

"This facility is awesome. They care more about your dog then making a quick buck! They use holistic shampoo and conditioners. Rachel, was awesome in grooming my sisters dog, which I was watching while she went on vacation, and had never been groomed and was severely dirty and matted. The dog looked homeless before and came out looking like a lottery winner after they were done! Rachel was very accommodating and groomed, washed and trimmed the dogs nails. I was very pleased with the services received for 100$"
